It's still February but you wouldn't know it!

Remember the plum tree prunings I salvaged and stuck in a vase last week? Well, here they are are in full bloom. Gorgeous! We have been blessed with sunny mild days this past week, but unforunately for the blooming plum trees, could spell disaster for fruit this year since it's dropping down to freezing temps each night!
The honey bees aren't inspired yet to really get out and do "their thing" as it still pretty chilly even during the day. We are still getting East wind from Canada so it may look pretty from inside the house, it's darn cold out there with the wind blowing!
I still plan on bbq*ing this afternoon, even with a coat on! LOL Can't pass up the chance to fire up the Q! Nothing tastes as good as "grilled over fire" hamburgers!
Plan on getting out in the garden soil and finish planting the sugar snap peas and onion starts. I am also get to get my order in for garlics today for sure! If you are wanting specialty garlics, get your order in soon or they will be sold out for the year! Territorial Seed looks like they have a good selection this year, so that's my next stop on the computer, then it's to the outside and sunshine!
A bonus picture for you today, my pussy willow blossoms are blooming nicely! I love spring!!!
Have a great week and I will "chat" with you again next Sunday.
Joyce
